Elaborated with 100% Selected Moscato Branco grapes, transported to the winery in 44 lb boxes, dismantling and pumping for pneumatic press, pellicular maceration for 6h, grape must débourbage, fermentation with selected yeasts, fermentation temperature 59°F, clarification, cold stabilization, sugar addition, conservative potassium sorbate, filtration and packaging.Wine Descriptions
View: Clear, transparent, straw yellow color slightly greenish.
Aroma: Complex, white flowers, pineapple, peach and sweet potato.
Mouth: Fresh, tasty acidity, well balanced and a harmonic finish.
