The Bordô grape, also known as Ives Seedling, Terci, York Madeira and Folha de Figo, is among the most produced american varieties in Rio Grande do Sul. Bordô is a wine with a fruity flavor and pleasing to the palate, its color is an intense red with violet tones and aromas that resemble the fruit itself.

Wine Pairing

It goes perfectly well with babecue, spicy pizza and cold cuts board with salami and cheese.
